Resulta constatable que las mujeres se encuentran infrarrepresentadas en puestos de liderazgo en las organizaciones educativas, pese a constituir la mayoría del profesorado. En particular la feminización generalizada de la enseñanza primaria no se traduce en una presencia similar en puestos de responsabilidad.
